Summary: To provide superior levels of assistance to clients in resolvingcomputer, printer, network, email, and software application problems in acost-effective manner that supports the vision and technical goals of Expetec.

Computer Skills: Demonstrated knowledge in Windows XP, Vista, and 7, Windows Server 2003,2008, MS Exchange Server, MS SQL Server, Cisco routers & switchesOther skills and abilities:
Physical Demands: Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Job has extensive phoneand computer usage, so effectively operating a computer is a must. Position requires lifting orexerting up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds of force consistently to move objects.
Work Environment: Hours of position will be 8:00 to 5:00. Workdays will be Mondaythrough Friday. Any special projects requiring weekend time will be scheduled with notice.
