Summary: To provide superior levels of strategic planning and assistance to clients in resolving computer, printer, network, email, and software application problems in a cost-effective manner that supports the vision and technical goals of Expetec Corporation.

Computer Skills: Demonstrated knowledge in Windows XP, Vista, and 7, Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, MS Exchange Server, MS SQL Server, Cisco routers & switches Other skills and abilities:
Physical Demands: Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Job has extensive phone and computer usage, so effectively operating a computer is a must. Position requires lifting or exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds of force consistently to move objects.Work Environment: Hours of position will be 8:00 to 5:00. Workdays will be Mondaythrough Friday. Any special projects requiring evening/weekend time will be schedule with notice.
